Pulp Fiction Thursday went by the wayside so I thought I'd post a pulp cover that reminds me of a certain shiny headed Mayor. It looks as if the Naginites only had a re-entry plan for a direct hit. My favorite part of the tier plan was the secret placard bit. Do any of y'all have a placard? I haven't spoken to anyone who does. Way to go, Mr. Mayor:
