AN INSOMNIAC'S LAMENT

I've been an insomniac for years even when I drop lunesta, man. It's morphed over time and in its current manifestation, I'm able to fall asleep but wake up at some ridiculously early hour like 5 AM. Yikes. I'm at work trying to stay awake but even blasting the new Smithereens live alubum isn't pepping me up. Oh well. What can ya do?

Speaking of music, an old Tim Finn song has lodged itself in my weary brain or is that sleepyhead? It's called, appropriately enough, How'm I Gonna Sleep. It's a great tune despite the ungrammatical title and the uber '80's production:
