BREACHED AT FOGGY BOTTOM

Nobody seems to refer to the State Department as Foggy Bottom, which is why I'm doing it. The label also seems to fit the incompetence and/or plotting that's going on there these days. First, it was reported that Obama's passport file was breached and now it's Hillary Clinton's turn. Oh, those zany Republican contract workers...
I hope this puts the kibosh on Cokie Roberts' push for Condi to be McCain's running mate. On the other hand, she's so inept that it could help...the Democrats.

There's a song called "Foggy Mountain Breakdown". Perhaps this is the
"Foggy Bottom Meltdown"?
